David Thomas, D.O., General Surgeon
Dr. Thomas is returning to his hometown to care for our community.
(Sharon, PA – February 28, 2022) –Sharon Regional Medical Group is pleased to announce the addition of David Thomas, D.O., General Surgeon to their Surgical Specialists practice at 2425 Garden Way in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. Dr. Thomas will also be joining the medical staff at Sharon Regional Medical Center. Born and raised in the Hermitage, Pennsylvania area, Dr. Thomas was a Hickory High School graduate.
He earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a General Surgery residency at Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio. He has special interest in robotic and minimally invasive surgery including hiatal hernia repair, surgery for reflux and heartburn, thyroid and parathyroid, breast surgery, gallbladders, and hernias. He also performs colonoscopies and upper endoscopies.
