Radha Savitala

Ms. Savitala is a legal and business professional with extensive experience and significant executive leadership accomplishments in business. Strong diplomatic skills and a natural affinity for cultivating relationships and persuading, convening, facilitating, and building consensus among diverse individuals. She handles matters with integrity and possesses an acumen for business growth and other strategic initiatives.

Ms. Savitala is a licensed attorney with over 19 years of experience in legal and healthcare operations and transactions and regulatory matters. She has experience working with large healthcare systems, including academic medical centers, as well as community hospitals, medical groups, healthcare technology companies, and start-ups.

Ms. Savitala led transactions for Prime Healthcare for over ten years and worked closely with senior executives about growth and strategies. She was heavily involved in the successful turnaround of over 30 hospitals.

Ms. Savitala also served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for an FQHC with 22 locations in Southern California and during her employment, added 4 locations. Most recently, Ms. Savitala runs her law practice independently, where she represents companies with corporate and healthcare matters. She also serves as Chief Legal Officer for Sana Healthcare.

Ms. Savitala also served on the Board of Directors for Pacific, Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (PHLBI). PHLBI is a non-profit organization researching cancers impacting the thymus utilizing an on-site laboratory.

Valerie Hennessy, MSN, CNS-BC, CPHQ, ABF, NEA-BC

Valerie Hennessy is currently the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Quality Officer for Sharon Regional Medical Center. She started her nursing career as a graduate of the Sharon Regional Medical Center School of Nursing. She went on to earn her BSN from the Penn State University, and her MSN as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) at Youngstown State University.

Valerie served as the Director of Quality and Risk at Sharon Regional since 2021. Prior to that she held positions in quality, teaching, nursing, and healthcare leadership.

She is board certified by the ANCC as a CNS and holds her certificate as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. She is also a fellow of the Advisory Board.

Paul Eavenson is an accomplished healthcare management professional with extensive CEO and CFO experience in the healthcare industry. A Certified Public Accountant, he brings a blend of strategic leadership and financial expertise coupled with highly developed process, productivity, and performance optimization capabilities.

As a trusted advisor to Boards and Owners, Paul has proven ability to embrace strategic vision and execute business objectives across hospital systems, surgical centers, and healthcare organizations of all sizes.

Executive Vice President – Enterprise Development

Ovation Healthcare, LLC, Brentwood, TN (2020 – Current)
Paul serves as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Development for Ovation Healthcare, a leading shared service provider for independent hospitals and health systems across the country. He is responsible for helping grow Ovation by working with distressed hospitals, newly constructed hospitals, and hospitals going through mergers or acquisitions. His work spans facilities from critical access hospitals to multi-site large health systems.

Paul has over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, including:

Chief Executive Officer, First Baptist Medical Center, Dallas, TX (2016-2018) – Led an 18-bed surgical specialty hospital with over 0 million in annual revenue, achieving cash flow operations within 3 months and growing surgical case volume 100% within 8 months

Chief Financial Officer, Dallas Medical Center, Dallas, TX (2015-2016) – Provided oversight to revenue cycle, finance, HIM, materials management, and employed physician group for a 155-bed acute care hospital

Director of Revenue Cycle, Forrest General Hospital, Hattiesburg, MS (2013-2015) – Led revenue cycle operations for a Level II Trauma Medical System with over attribute=”description” billion in consolidated revenues

Chief Operating Officer, PSN Affiliates, Dallas, TX (2018-2019) – Oversaw operations and financial activity for a rapidly growing 7-facility healthcare system

CFO

Michael Bogert

Michael Bogert is the Chief Financial Officer at Tenor Health. Previously, he served as system CFO for Pipeline Health in Los Angeles for two years and held similar roles at both KPG Global and Palomar Health District Hospital System in North San Diego County. Mr. Bogert has more than 35 years of experience in strategic healthcare finance, with the last 20 years in California.

Until November 2020, he served as the CFO of the hospital system at Prime Healthcare in Ontario, CA, where he supported Prime’s growth from attribute=”description”B to over B in net revenue. Since joining Prime Healthcare in 2008, he successfully drove operational cost-saving initiatives in labor, supplies, and professional services as the health system grew from 10 California hospitals to a national health system with 46 hospitals in 14 states.

Mr. Bogert also served as a healthcare auditor and consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Boston, MA, for 10 years, and at Moss Adams LLP in Irvine, CA, for 3 years. In addition, he has extensive experience in Medicare reimbursements and State Medicaid supplemental programs, revenue cycle management, and managed care contracting. Mr. Bogert earned his accounting degree from the University of Connecticut.
