Radha Savitala
Founder
Ms. Savitala is a legal and business professional with extensive experience and significant executive leadership accomplishments in business. Strong diplomatic skills and a natural affinity for cultivating relationships and persuading, convening, facilitating, and building consensus among diverse individuals. She handles matters with integrity and possesses an acumen for business growth and other strategic initiatives.

Ms. Savitala is a licensed attorney with over 17 years of experience in legal and healthcare operations and transactions and regulatory matters. She has experience working with large healthcare systems, including academic medical centers, as well as community hospitals, medical groups, healthcare technology companies, and start-ups.
​
Ms. Savitala led transactions for Prime Healthcare for over ten years and worked closely with senior executives about growth and strategies. She was heavily involved in the successful turnaround of over 30 hospitals.
​
Ms. Savitala also serves on the Board of Directors for Pacific, Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (PHLBI). PHLBI is a non-profit organization researching cancers impacting the thymus utilizing an on-site laboratory.
Bryan Burklow

Mr. Burklow has spent his career building and turning around hospitals, and healthcare businesses. He was first appointed a CEO of Valley Community Hospital at the age of 27. Quickly, he rose through the ranks of Summit Health to become Regional Vice President over their 7 California hospitals. He has been an officer of 2 public companies and has been a COO of a private equity portfolio acquisition. His experience includes acute care hospitals, regional laboratories, post-acute hospitals, and nursing homes. He is currently CEO of a small consulting practice where he recently established a telehealth business for an investment group and served as an interim CEO over a couple of underperforming Substance Abuse programs for Summit BHC.

Burklow previously was the Regional CEO for Prime Healthcare Services’ 7 Northeast hospitals with $720M in annual net revenues. During his tenure he helped to acquire St. Clare’s Hospital system, Suburban Community Hospital and St. Michael’s Hospital by developing turnaround plans, recruiting CEOs, and implementing Prime’s systems while achieving some of the quickest turnarounds in the company’s history. His hospitals went from struggling with quality and service deficits to becoming Leapfrog A safety rated and several hospitals became CMS 5 -star hospitals.

Mr. Burklow was previously the CEO of Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville, PA where he served for over 5 years, brought stability, program development and improved performance. He served as the 6 th CEO after 8 years post acquisition while the hospital was operating in the red. He recruited 26 new physicians, developed a 20 bed eating disorders program, obtained 5 Joint Commission gold seal awards, and received CHS’s top leadership awards in 2010 and 2012. He achieved record levels of operating margins and quality levels which have not materialized since his tenure ended.

Mr. Burklow has an MBA from Bellarmine University which is “top rated” in Princeton Review, where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
