Radha Savitala

President & Chairman of the Board

Radha Savitala has worked extensively with large healthcare systems, including academic medical centers, community hospitals, medical groups, healthcare technology companies, and startups. She led transactions for Prime Healthcare for over a decade, collaborating closely with senior executives on growth strategies and playing a pivotal role in the successful turnaround of more than thirty hospitals. Savitala is an attorney with over nineteen years of experience that she combines with significant executive leadership in healthcare and business to lead the Foundation. Savitala has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of California, Irvine and a J.D. law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.

Peter F. Bastone

Chief Executive Officer

Peter F. Bastone serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Tenor Health Foundation. A nationally recognized healthcare executive, he brings extensive experience in strategic leadership, organizational transformation, and mission-driven growth across both healthcare systems and nonprofit organizations. Bastone has a proven track record of driving operational and financial performance, having led more than $550 million in financial turnarounds while fostering strong organizational cultures through employee engagement and accountability. His leadership has consistently elevated clinical, operational, and analytic performance across the organizations he has served. Prior to joining Tenor Health Foundation, Bastone served as Chief Strategy Officer of CalOptima Health, the largest health insurer in Orange County, California, providing coverage to more than one million members. He previously held roles as President and Chief Executive Officer of Anchorum St. Vincent, a nonprofit health impact foundation focused on improving community health across Northern New Mexico, and Chesapeake Regional Healthcare, where he led a significant financial and operational turnaround. Earlier in his career, he served as CEO within St. Joseph Health System and Mission Hospital Regional Medical Centers. With deep expertise in guiding organizations through periods of transition, Bastone is focused on advancing Tenor Health Foundation’s strategic priorities, strengthening operational excellence, and expanding its impact in the communities it serves.

Chief Administrative Officer

Butch Eavenson has over twenty-five years of experience in the healthcare industry. A sought-after advisor and a national leader in business development, Eavenson has played a pivotal role in launching and revitalizing healthcare facilities. His expertise in service line expansion and physician engagement has consistently delivered measurable growth. For the past decade, he has focused on helping organizations create and execute tailored business strategies that reflect the unique needs of their communities. Eavenson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Bogert

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Bogert has more than thirty-five years of experience in strategic healthcare finance, with the last twenty years in California. Until November 2020 he served as the hospital system CFO of Prime Healthcare in Ontario, California, where he supported Prime’s growth from $1 billion to over $5 billion in net revenue and successfully drove operational cost-saving initiatives in labor, supplies, and professional services as the health system grew. Bogert has also previously served as system CFO for Pipeline Health in Los Angeles and has held similar roles at both KPG Global and for Palomar Health District Hospital System in North San Diego County. He also has extensive experience in Medicare reimbursements and state Medicaid supplemental programs, revenue cycle management, and managed care contracting. Bogert has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from University of Connecticut and is a Certified Public Accountant.
